Launched in July 2023, REVGEN was founded by Lawrence after he left his position leading the go-to-market team at a small, privately held tech company. That company had recently secured $10 million in venture capital and relocated to the UAE.
Lawrence's initial vision for REVGEN was to create a technology solution that would eliminate unpredictable revenue fluctuations for businesses of all sizes, industries, and locations. He believed this would be universally beneficial.
However, he identified a more immediate and pressing need: a lack of experienced sales leadership at most small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Addressing this gap requires less investment and faster implementation than his original tech-focused plan. Critically, Lawrence possesses the necessary expertise, including formal training, extensive experience, and a proven track record of success selling and managing teams of salespeople to both enterprise and SMB clients in domestic and international markets.
