REVGEN's mission is to empower B2B SMBs' Go-To-Market (GTM) teams with excellent, part-time Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership, assessments, and automation. We partner closely with Founders and CEOs who need help generating consistent, sustainable revenue growth at the lowest client acquisition cost possible.


Our approach typically begins with a Best Practices GTM Assessment, a collaborative deep dive into your current GTM function.  This assessment identifies your strengths and weaknesses, creating a shared understanding of the path forward – your "yellow brick road" to success. (Like our yellow lightning bolt in our logo!) 


This collaborative approach ensures we're aligned from the start. Together, we implement standardized, ever-improving processes, automation, a hands-on approach to team management and one-on-one coaching (to change sellers' behaviors).

Our History

Lawrence had been leading the go-to-market team of a small, privately-held tech company. He helped them secure $10 million in venture capital then they relocated to the UAE. That's when he launched REVGEN, in July 2023. 


Lawrence's initial vision for REVGEN was to use predictive analytics technology to track, document and predict customer journey initiatives.  He felt businesses of all sizes, industries, and locations would have a need however competition was advancing rapidly and the upfront development fees were excessive. He pivoted. 


Lawrence identified a more immediate and pressing need: a lack of experienced Sales and GTM leadership at most SMBs.  


Addressing this gap requires less investment and faster time-to-market than his original tech-focused plan.  Critically, Lawrence possesses the necessary expertise, including formal training, 35+ years of experience across multiple industries, and a proven track record of success selling and managing teams of B2B sales and marketing personnel to both Enterprise and SMB organizations in Chicago, across the US, and internationally.
